We just switched to SW2018 and I lost my Material favorites. Is there a way to save this information? We did use Setting Wizard to setup solidworks but maybe we missed something.
any custom materials that you worked with and worked on should have been saved to a server.
then when upgrading all you need to do is run the settings wizard to put all the file locations back to the servers.
that or go back and set each installation to point to the right locations.
Check your registry. The entries may still be there under an old version of SW
Try to map your network file on this.
