Hi, Installing SW2018 the installation manager opens, after that nothing happens. What can I do?
Restart....and then call tech support if it keeps up....

I usually do a full download of the installation media and install using that. Previously, we had the firewall not allowing us to download the installation media. So, I'd have to get the download from home and bring it to work. But, I've never seen a screenshot like what you are seeing. As David recommended you maybe should contact your Value Added Reseller and see if they can't figure it out.
The installation package has some HTML files that are blocked. You can fix it by unblocking these HTML files:
You can right mouse click this file and select ‘Properties’, then in the ‘General’ tab you will have to select the "Unblock" option next to the following message (toward the bottom of the Properties dialog):
"The file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer."
Once you have unblocked them the install should work.
Start powershell as admin (rmb + shift)
run the command
dir [directory path] -Recurse | Unblock-File
