Wondering if there is any good feedback, notes, or documentation folks have put together regarding collaborating on assemblies in Google Drive.  My organization has started to work through drive - 2 mechanical designers working on subassemblies of the same assembly. The main assembly has about 1k parts; because we are working on our own machines and syncing, we don't run into loading-time hiccups that we would if we were working directly through our own server.

We have everything saved locally on our own PCs, and are syncing folders to drive.

We haven't yet really figured out what is happening when we both have the main assembly open simultaneously.

One important note for us to contribute is that it appears we must "save all" in the main assembly to push the update and allow revisions to be available to google drive. Without the "save all," we find that the assembly will be updated uniquely to the local PC that save it, but the file won't update on Drive's version.

Looking to start a dialogue as I haven't been able to find a lot of info.

Thanks in advance to any contribution.
