As the picture, the gray color sketch is 2d sketch that comes from an array, however the blue one even with dimentions is a 3d sketch, now i woud like to exist a way to do a circular array as well because if not i have to draw line by line en of course so much work

Patterns are impossible inside a 3d sketch.
However, you can create a surface body from your first 3d sketch and then pattern that.
Then use the edges to either create another 3d sketch or use the edges directly.

Attached is a video that shows how one could do this (maybe not exactly the way Alex Burnett did it).
It went pretty fast.
I attached the file so you would be able to look at what I did. Essentially, I created a circular pattern to make a lot of lines in a circular array and extruded those as a surface. I then did an offset surface on the inside circle of the solid.
Then I used Intersection Curve on these surfaces and it generated a 3D sketch out of all of the intersections. (I forgot that it doesn't create a feature called intersection curve otherwise I would have noted that in my previous response)
I then did a Delete/Keep Bodies on the surfaces to delete them since I no longer need them.
