I upgraded to 2018 last week, over the top of 2017.  I have been using a custom drawing template for over three years, which is not working properly in 2018.  I have a Property Name called "Drawing Number" with the value $PRP:"SW-File Name" $PRP:"SW-Current Sheet".  This value is linked in my title block, and previously allowed me to save a document with a specific name (i.e.: "File"), and each page in my multi-page document would be listed as "File-1", "File-2", etc.

In my custom properties, this is still shown properly.  However, in the title block it is no longer registering the file name or the page number automatically; it simply shows "Draw1-1", and the page numbers don't change.  It will only show properly if I first right-click and Edit Sheet Format, then go to Properties, then back to Edit Sheet.  Obviously, I don't want to have to do this for 50+-page documents.

Has anyone got a suggestion on how to get this back to the functionality it had before?
