I already asked this question before, and I ended up uninstalling SP1.0 and going back to original SP0.1.  After being notified 24/7 about the new SP2.0, I decided to update to the new service pack and see if it fixed the issue.  NOPE!!

Attached are pics to help understand my issue.  I use the measure tool and click on a diameter.  Measurements are given in metric; part is drawn in IPS.  I try to go to the units/precision, but everything greys out.  If I am doing something wrong, let me know.  But after installing SP2.0 after being frustrated with SP1.0, I am considering uninstalling SP2.0 and sticking with SP0.1 until 2019.  And yes, I've tried to see if a dialog box was missing, but I just installed SP2.0 and tested this issue and sure enough, same frickin' thing happened.

Anyone have any ideas on what to do to restore my faith in SolidWorks??
