I am working on a vibration simulation and to simplify the study i have shelled out some of the parts and then defined a thickness within shell manager.  Due to the shelling i now have multiple bodies within a couple of the parts.  When running an initial modal analysis to determine natural frequencies the modal shapes appear to show that the bodies are not connected.  I have global bonding switched on, pinned connectors in the appropriate places and manually been through to establish contact sets.  Am i missing something? Please see attached snapshot of one of the modal shapes for reference.
