Joe,, I did some delete faces on a couple of bends which altered the geometry just a tad after converting to sheet metal. This screenshot is a comparison between the original step and my converted to sm.
There is another area in the rear which is slightly different do to "non normal" cuts in the step file.
Place your file and mine in an assembly to compare. I didn't look at you part file so I'm not sure what version you are using but I used 2017 on this. Don't have time to check yours at the moment. Gotta go!!
