How do I get the same space for my word wrapped cells as the single row?  If I adjust the vertical padding it doesn't work the same for word wrapped as it does for a single row.

Take a look at this screen shot:

See how on the first row there is space above and below the text, but on the second row the row lines overlap the text.  How do I fix this?
