Hi all,
Is there a technique for displaying multiple XYZ coordinates for multiple hole centres/points within the part file?
I know I can click the hole and it will display at the bottom, or use the Measure tool but this can only show one at a time.
Ideally I'd like something similar as the measure tool but displaying each hole centre separately rather than the distance between holes.
This is to show what needs engraving on a plate and which plate goes with which hole.

There's "Next view" option in Hole Table that when you're setting up the table, you can select multiple views for the same table.

Is there a way when setting up the hole table, to use the part origin rather than selecting a new origin for the datum?
The original part I have designed a fixture for isn't aligned to the 3 main planes, so the coordinates don't give me what I need.

Hello,
Hole Table is a feature to reduce drawing clutter, so I believe the only way to get model (world in AutoCAD-speak) coordinates is to move and align your part to the base planes.

I guess you need a API to display multiple XYZ coordinates in part, but as Kevin suggested, hole table will give you the XY coordinates and you need to add the Z.

I'm not in fron of SW at the moment, but anotherr avenue to try is to add the hole table in the model on an annotation view.
This may not be possible, but if it is, you wouldn't have to create the drawing (and have SW argue over which is the part/assy's real drawing: the hole table one or the "regular" dimensioned" one).
