Is there a way for SolidWorks to output a BOM for an assembly with the total quantity of all sub-assemblies and all parts, including all parts under sub-assemblies while also showing no duplicates of the same part number?

I have tried a number of options that do not work for my desired result.

If I use a top-level BOM with sub-assemblies "promoted", this works for all parts under sub-assemblies, but it neglects to include the sub-assembly.

If I use a parts-only BOM with sub-assemblies "hidden", the sub-assemblies show up in the total parts, but the sub-parts in the sub-assemblies are not included.

If I use an indented BOM, I have to manually dissolve sub-assemblies and combine identical components to get the BOM I want, which is very time-consuming.

What we would like for our manufacturer is a BOM that includes the total quantities of all sub-assemblies along with the total quantities of all parts without any duplicates.
