I have been experiencing a strange problem with Enterprise.
PDM Works Enterprise 2008 SP.4.0 is Installed on Windows Server 2003 SP 2.0. The setup has only the archive server and the client on this machine and the database server is connected via VPN.
Offlate after creating a vault. While working on the Administration tool of Enterprise, The system is considerably slow. It takes 45-60 Seconds to open up a data card and save.
The hardware specifications is as follows:
Intel Xeon Quad Core E5420 @ 2.5 Ghz.
4GB RAM
400 GB Harddisk.
I am unable to figure it out whether its hardware or software problem, Am i missing something.
The other applications work normally, I have been experiencing this only withe PDM Enterprise.
Can somebody help me out with this. Your help is highly apprieciated.
