I'm trying to convert our company logo (which seems to be the main draw to this add-on from what I've seen in other post). I've searched the tutorials and they all seem to show this program working easy-peasy. But when I select part of our logo in simple black and white, I get this junk:

This was from a 600dpi picture. I've tried the sliders, which seem to not make it any better:

This was suppose to be a 10 minute project. I cannot take the time to retrace every symbol in the whole logo. Is there any other options for converting a picture into a sketch?
