With geometric tolerances you can drop the tolerance on a dimension and it becomes embedded in the dim.

I would like to do the same with a flag note. But, when I do the flag is destroyed and only the text from the note is added to the dimension.

It has no border and the association between the "flag" and the note is lost. It's just text.

Is there a setting I am missing to make this work?
