I want to fillet a sharp trailing edge of airfoil with specified radius, but know to how?

I tried to fillet a sharp trailing edge of airfoil using a specified radius, but failed.

Another way is draw a circle tangent to two upper and lower surfaces of airfoil with specified radius, but it seems there is no such way to do that. An illustration figure is attached (hand draw in paint).
