I have this on my 3d sketch pop up with I right click. I have another machine that doesn't have these options. How can you add them? I have right click and customized, but I don't see those tools under any of the options?
In my SW2017, only the 2D sketch buttons are available.
The 3D set shown isn't exposed for customization.
Perhaps it's an issue for your VAR or to create an ER/SPR.
Sorry, not much help,
In my case...(SW2017)..and i believe default.
The "along vector" buttons only are avail, AFTER a 3D sketch line is draw. If you access it DURING line creation, they are not avail.
True, you must be in the middle of a #D line for these to show, but I took it from the OP that they weren't available during customize.
So, Tom Hickerson, which is it?
As others have stated, you get those icons allowing you to apply the relations when you select a line in a 3d sketch. Are you sure that you're using the same workflow on the other machine when they don't show up?
After more testing....
On my machine if while I am in the middle of drawing the line. First point set, and second point not set I can right click and get the popup above with the along X, Y, and Z.
On the other machine. Same version of solidworks 2017 SP3 when I right click in the middle of line creation this is the popup I get.
However on my machine when I click along x,y, or z. It doesn't actually set this relation in the table. I thought it was, but its not. So in the end all of this doesn't matter, but the pop ups are very different when right clicking.
