Anyone else having trouble accessing SPRs? Neither me nor my coworker can access them in the "customer portal" as of yesterday and today.
Yep, have they been having problems for at least 1 week. I went to the downloads section and it said they were doing maintenance. I figured with SWW last week, it'd take them a little longer to get the system back up.
It would be good if someone from SW would let us know, though.
I got a part from someone that is 2018 and want to install it at home to check it out, but I can't. So, it's not that big of a deal for me. But, I could see this could be a larger problem for others.

I was able to get in finally this morning.

I can't access any SPRs at the moment. They all timeout.
I received an SPR status change last night. I think they periodically update the database, and while they are doing that it becomes unresponsive. Give it some time and check back later today or tomorrow.
I contacted my VAR and they said that Solidworks has been doing a LOT of updating. Apparently VAR's can access SPR's, but the regular plebes cannot right now. And even the VAR's are having a heck of a time. ALL SPR's have been timing out for me as well. I was able to get around it by asking my VAR to do the work for me.

That is ALWAYS a good thing if you can get them to do it, whatever "it" might be.
