I am trying to create some rebars, but I am not sure of the approach. Ideally I would create them as weldment, structural members.

That way I would get the length of them. However my rebars are bent. Meaning a sketch with two arcs. And weldments don't merge.

How do I merge all pieces of the bar, instead of having three straight pieces and two arcs? The goal is to have one merged profile and to get one length.

Sweeps work fine, but they are not weldments, so they don't show a length on the BOM. And they don't merge well either.
