You appear to have a midpoint or coincident relation between the origin and the c/l of the slot. (Its hard to see in your picture) You need a horizontal relation.
With the sketch open you can right click anywhere on the screen and Fully Define Sketch will be in the menu that comes up.
Create a coincident relation to the center line of the slot and the center line of the part.
You need a dimension from the origin or from another feature that is fully defined. I'm guessing that you need to add a horizontal relation from the slot center to the origin.
Can I fix all the points? That would also define it.

I guess that would define it but would it be correctly positioned?
Have you tried the "fully define sketch" feature?
Is that under the display/delete relations tab?
No, I had to pull it out of the customize toolbar feature....Tools>Customize>Commands>Dimensions/Relations>buttons....it looks like the sketch icon sitting over a grid...
Sometimes this will over define the sketch. If so, I just delete the over defining relations, and work from there to add one that will fully define the sketch.....
I found it but can't use it. The icon is dimmed and won't let me click.
Are you in the edit sketch mode?
Can you post the part?
Add dimensions to the origin and relations till you get it over defined and keep working at it. Soon you will get the hang of it. Ask your self what kind of info that you would need to be able to cut that slot in the right place.
What I did was fixed the points. It's fully defined but still can't cut.
Can you post the Part?
Is it set to cut in the correct direction? Try through all - both...
From your screen shot, it looks like you are using a 3D sketch. If that is the case then you must define the direction in the blue box shown below. If you are not using a 3D sketch, forget I posted this.
