I am detailing some pipework. I have one larger assembly model, broken down into a number of different configurations to break the pipework up into more manageable chunks to be made. Standard practice where I work is to put on view arrows to show where the projected views are taken from.
When I include the view arrow, it sits in line with the centre of the overall assembly, and not the displayed configuration. I can move the arrows along the direction in which they point with no issues, but I cant move them sideways to align with the centre of the displayed configuration of the model.
I have attached a screenshot of the main view I am trying to project more views from.
This might just be a case of bodging it to make do, but I'd prefer to do it properly if solidworks has the capacity to do so.
