Whenever I want to highlight a specific piece by hovering over it, all previous pieces that were highlighted get highlighted as well. Solidworks Composer also runs slowly in general on my laptop (Dell latitude 5580) which may contribute to this, but a friend of mine has the same exact laptop, and he does not have any issues running solidworks at all. Is this something with the settings? Any Help is greatly appreciated.
