I am trying to create threaded hole on the surface of cylinder. Thread size is 6-40 (ANSI) and length of hole is 0.15 inch. But I am not able tho generate hole and I am getting rebuild error. Is there any different settings to create hole o cylindrical surface than on the plane surface.

I have attached the solidworks drawing. I am trying to create hole and the location of point is specified in Sketch28.
