How Can I Add Cut-List Properties to a Sheet Metal Part File?

I'm doing sheet metal parts in SolidWorks 2016.  If I create a new sheet metal part, I get what I assume is the standard list of properties.

But I've got sheet metal part files that were created in older versions of SolidWorks.  They were last saved in 2013, but they may have been originally created in a version older than that.  Their cut lists only have MATERIAL and QUANTITY.

How can I add all those other properties without recreating the parts?  They're referenced in assemblies and drawings.

I have tried deleting the cut list and re-creating it.  I have tried copying the table lines from a new part and pasting them into the table in the old part - it works with custom properties, so I figured why not give it a try?  It even updated the Value/Text Expression for me when I did it, but the Evaluated Value wasn't evaluated and once I rebuilt the part (Ctrl-Q) they all went away.  I've tried opening the table template, but that doesn't work, either.

Am I just stuck without the properties?
