I am looking to create a piece with some words on it and need to use this font, but it is not in the font selection drop down.
You need to find the font online on a page such as www.dafont.com and then install it on the computers that will see this drawing.
After being installed on your computer, it'll be in the drown down.
First you have to buy a license to use it. It's not a free font. Then you can download and add it into your font library.
This is the artists link (afik).

Who do I contact to get a quote, Solidworks directly?
Actually has little to do with SolidWorks. SolidWorks uses what's on your computer for fonts.
You have to go to the website I shared with you. Pay them then download it to your font folder location (Windows 10 Control Panel). The website will likely have DL instructions. SolidWorks will then have it available for use as a font.
