Hi
I just recently got solidworks student edition 08-09 and my old computer died. I need to get a new laptop and my roommate is kind enough to let me use his college discount on a computer but it has to be either a Dell or an Apple comupter

I am thinking of getting a dell and if it is ab XPS model it is more of a discount.
I have been trying to research which types of graphics cards are good and which are not. I kept reading that ATI are not good. I see that none of the video cards for xps computers are on the list of tested card, so im kinda having second thought of getting it. \

here are the specs for the computer.
XPS M1530
ntel® Coretm 2 Duo Processor T8300 (2.4GHz/800Mhz FSB, 3MB Cache)

Slot Load DVD+/-RW (DVD/CD read/write)
