Odd colours in shaded drawing views

The part shading is derived at the document level, ie: tools/options/document properties/colours, etc

In some instances, the colour in the drawing doc is the same as the part. However, within the same page of the same drawing doc, other parts do not reflect the part colour.

This usually applies to section views, the core colour, but it also occurs with surfaces in some cases.
      And I mean different.
Teal is white or orange is yellow or brown is orange kind of different.

BTW, these are very simple, linear parts, mostly.
