simulate the air suction in venturi tube

Question asked by Kaichieh Lin on Jan 25, 2018

I am a beginner using SW Flow Simulation, unfamiliar with this software. I would like to design a venturi tube mixing water with air, and simulate the air suction because of the pressure drop in the throat section.

This is my simulation, but I would like to know how air and water mix separately...... according to previous comments, it seems that this software can't model the mixing interface between air and water. What should I adjust to show the mixing situation suitably? And is it reasonable about my boundary conditions? (inlet and outlet are both in the water)

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

Thank you
