seems like all I had to do was to rename the file with the prefix "BoardOutline" to correct it.
So far it worked.

Perfect. In order for the PCB connector to understand your Board, it will be named by default(BoardOutline_ProjectName). Kindly refrain from modifying the name and you should be good to go:-)
