On a few old drawings there are BOMs that do not follow the drawing units. For example, if the drawing units are set to fractions (wood industry, don't shoot) the BOM will be in decimals. The BOM isn't consistent though. Most of the values will be in decimal and only a few will follow the drawing units and show as fractions. I've even opened the parts to see what the units were set to in the files and it doesn't matter what I change it to.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to where I can look for a solution?
