Transfer License problems

Solidworks has now stopped transfering the license between my machines which it was doing quite happliy until now.

I have had know windows undates which would effect this, so can anyone thro any light on the matter.

It says "Activation transaction failed: Deactivation count exceeded. Please contact your reseller" on my Desktop. If you the check it says Deactivation succeeded. But when activating on my Laptop it says Count exceeded but Successful activation. Then if i go back to desktop to reactivate it, you have to go through the activation process, but it says its sucessful but the product does not appear in the box below.

Anyone had similar problems, as my VAr is not open Saturday.
