Check and make sure you've toolbox installed. If yes then check under Tools > Options > Hole Wizard/Toolbox and make sure that path is correctly mapped.
I have this, i think to the toolbox i think that path isn't correctly mapped...
Do you've toolbox data folder in D drive? What happen when you click on configure?
When i click on the folder in D drive, there is this. There isn't a lot of elements in the folder.
The folder should have these (highlighted) files/folder.
Since those are missing, it means no toolbox is installed. Please reinstall again and make sure you select toolbox. Also does your version has toolbox available?

Deepak, I think the student versions do not include Toolbox in the first place, so Benjamin will not be successful.
No i don't have these files, I try to repai the version, and i have already try to unistall and reinstalled but there isn't toolbox. On the Solidworks RX, it said this:
I don' have the new version but when i click on the link, i don't can install the new...
And "Toolbox is charged on a local disk D: It don't can the appropriate location if rooms are share." And the same problem when i click on link... nothing
I was able to verify that the student version of SolidWorks does not include Toolbox. You will have to find another source for fasteners. McMaster-Carr is a pretty good source.
It's really weird because my teacher has got the toolbox on a student version but he don't know why i don' can have toolbox... Thanks for your assistance
Student Design Kit (SDK) doesn't support toolbox or other add-ins. So make sure you are not installing SDK but Student Edition or Student Engineering Kit (SEK)
I tried to repair Solidworks with the setup but no difference '-_-
