So I was wondering if anyone else has come across this issue (and knows root cause):

I have a feature (cut) that does not align with its associated sketch.  A rebuild fixes the problem, however the rebuild icon is not indicated on the feature.  Since there was no rebuild icon, we did not know about this issue until it was found by our supplier and quoted as a tool change.  I worry that this may exist in other features and models.  Any ideas?
