flattening a 90 degree cone segment using a sheet metal lofted bend but getting errors

Good morning All,

Just trying a little exercise with the sheet metal development of a simple 1/4" thick 90 degree cone segment.  I am getting an error when attempting to flatten the steel.  Not sure what I do not have set up properly.  I used to do these many years ago but figured them for 360 minus a degree to allow the sheet metal lofting function to work.  This time instead of getting the 360 then splitting it manually into 4 equal segments, I am trying to sketch each 90 degree segment then flatten it (I sketched a 90 degree seg on both planes and used sheet metal lofted bend with "bent" manufacturing method).  Any help and guidance in my approach here is appreciated!  Thanks in advance!  I'm attached my part.  I'm on SW2015.
