I create a weldment profile by modifying existing weldment profile. Now, while saving a drawing, it always shows a warning. I don't know what exactly what exactly it is & how I can solve it. I have attached a screenshot of warning for reference.If anybody has any idea about it, please help me to fix it.
What I see from your screen shot is you are trying to save a part model and not a drawing.
I do not think the message has anything to do with you modifying a profile. By default there is not a link between the profile inserted into your model and the original profile; you can make any modifications you like and it does not affect the original profile (you may be able to link profiles in new SW versions but I have not investigated because I probably would not use it).
My interpretation of the message is your model was read only when opened (either its properties are set to read-only or your models are on a shared (non PDM) drive and another user had the model open or SolidWorks is confused). And what will happen if you continue with the save is exactly what the message states (fail if the document is still open by someone else or overwrite any changes the other user may have saved). If you know no one else had the document open and its properties are not read only then save away.

when a document is open for read only you will see [Read-only] after the file name in the title bar.

I believe it's the profile file that's read only and is causing the problem.
Is the profile save location a folder you don't have write permission?
(System Options>File Locations>Weldment profiles)
Is the profile file saving okay?
Using Windows Explorer, check whether the profile file is read only.
This sounds vaguely familiar from when I was studying for the weldments exam, but it's been a while and I haven't used weldments since.
