PVC Elbow not aligned

I recently started to use Solidworks Routing Add-in with SW2017. It's pretty messy sometimes and not very intuitive but it's definitely disappointing when a warning doesn't show up to help a user fix or understand what's wrong.

Last thing I don't get it's why my example route (pics attached) has virtual pipes misaligned while the elbows have been put by the outer diameter after the bend radius have been automatically created. I tried to manually modified such radius ineffectively.

Somebody knows how to help or what's happening, please?

Current sketch driving elbow

Note that arc end points are not inline with axis of elbow. Also bend radius elbow should be to the inside arc not the outside construction geometry. and bend angle was the opposite was too.

Fixed elbow

Use the attached elbow and you should be good to go. I also renamed it as i've found that SWx gets cranky with () in part names sometimes

    I cannot inspect the parts because I'm on previous version. Sorry. I'm glad Tony is helping out.
    
    "Maybe I must delete the above mentioned outer ElbowArc?" I'd try suppress any source objects which are unused to avoid confusion, then re-add the part through the Routing Component Wizard again. Define an RPoint while at it, from virtual sharp of the ElbowArc.

Your RPoint is misplaced. The elbow's RPoint is inserted on the intersection of the sketch.
Alternatively, your component is added to the Routing Library incorrectly.

Either way, you should be able to edit the RPoint and/or redefine it through Routing Component Wizard.

  RPoint doesn't exist but it's not in the Feature Manager Tree Elbow Tybe B from the same routing folder as well.
  I modified the sweep path, ElbowArc was formerly the outer one, replacing it with the centerline but nothing changed (recreating the route from scratch). Maybe I must delete the above mentioned outer ElbowArc?

    I think that, as I kinda understand the changes you've made, this is the problem. I have not explored the SWx Content source to compare it. Was it fully specified or functional before you modified it?
    
    A sketch named ElbowArc is used instead of the RPoint for Elbows specifically as a component type. I recognize the specific sketch name used commonly across elbows. It kind of appears that your outer midplane edge is considered the correct entity to represent the Route sketch arc.
    
    Try renaming sketch ElbowArc (absorbed by Centre Sweep) to anything else. Then try creating a new reference sketch named ElbowArc which copies the arc only from the ID Path sketch (easy), or defines it independently from design table dims (harder). It can even be at the end, after your CPoints.
    
    My elbow components (socketweld steel, but similar) contain an un-absorbed ElbowArc sketch which has no children. They also have no RPoint, so I was wrong to guide you toward that. ElbowArc must contain one arc only, named Arc1 (default if it is first arc created in it).

      I tried but nothing changed, specifically, after copied and rename the elbow model:
      - renamed ElbowArc under Center Sweep ("gomito", elbow in italian)
      - created another sketch and renamed ElbowArc just before the CPoints in the Feature Tree Manager and fully defined in order to follow the configurations
      - when I start the route a warning appear: "No valid configuration could be found for this elbow" and then a second message
      - In the Design table of the original elbow these are the parameters
      the BendRadius@ElbowArc is 7,5 mm but for example in the 32 OD configurations is 40 mm (the dimension is driven):
      obviously in the new part there isn't this dimension.
      I'm pretty stuck but I learned a few things!
