all I am trying to do is an offset of a surface at 0.00 so its a copy and of course I get an error that it is self intersecting how can this be when it is already part of a part, This is getting really old every day I come across something that does not work when it so simple. Does any one know exactly how to get a hold of solid works head quarters this company needs its money back for this soft ware. Sorry to be so rude but for real this soft ware can not handle half of the things we do here. Every day I have to come up with a new work around. Because solid works can never handle what we do it's like if it's a small design and there is not a lot to it sw works fine but you get into big designs, lots of surfaces and everything just craps out.  I don't know I just can not work like this any more. Every day I sit and fight with soft ware.
