I don't know if it's something to do with being rubber or if it has to do with settings of your results.
Take a quick look and double check to make sure the scale of your displayed result is set to true scale (right click results -> Edit Definition -> Deformed Shape = True Scale). If it is not, then you'll see funny stuff as shown below.
True Scale: (Faces touching without penetration as expected)
Exaggerated Scale: (Blue body is passing through other body)

at long last it was
a) the first time step was too big, so the contact could not be found. After reducing the first time step, the Problem was nearly solved.
b) the tolerance of concatct was too big, but at solid works, there is no possibility to change this tolerance. At last Long i had have to deal with a litte overlap of the two contact partners.
c) i already had this before, but nevertheless, it is important to scale the displayed result to true scale. Thx to Alex.
