wrap feature on a circular surface "The wrap feature cannot be created from intersecting or open contours"

Hi,

I'm trying to wrap a circular patern of circels on a curved surface.

The cirkels ar drawn on a plane parallel to the plane of the object.

But I keep getting the next error "The wrap feature cannot be created from intersecting or open contours", and I don't understand why?

Doe anyone know the solution to my problem?
