I'm working on a simulation where all I have to do is hide/show a bunch of items. I want them to fade in and out as I go along but sometimes they do and sometimes they don't and I can't tell why. All the timesteps are similar and all the interpolations are set to linear. If I look at some of the earlier items in my assembly as I step through I can see the transparency changing but on some others it just snaps straight from 0 to 100. I'm using SW 2017.
Edit: On one part I just did I had it start off, turn on a few seconds later, and then turn off a few seconds after that. When it went to turn on it snapped off immediately but when it went to turn off it gradually faded away which is what I want. I don't understand why it did something different for on/off since I just used the same hide/show feature each time.
