Is there a way of trimming a line at the point where it passed perpendicular through a plane?

Can you post a screen shot or upload the file?
Deepak Gupta and Glenn Schroeder are right. Just add a coincident relation between the endpoint of the line and the plane.
I will probably kick myself when I see the answer to this question.
I simply want to trim the line, drawn on on the Front plane, at the point where the line passes through Plane 1
SolidWorks is a history based system, so you can't reference something that's lower in the tree. I moved Plane 1 above the sketch (which I was able to do since the plane doesn't reference the sketch), then edited the sketch and added a coincident relation between the end of the line and the plane.
Yes that is exactly how I understood the initial answer and then realised that I should have know this very basic procedure.
Thanks for the assistance
Can't you just d the relation between that plane and end point of that line instead of trimming?
Edit the sketch used for the line in question, draw a construction line on the edge of the plane and trim the line to the construction.
I knew I was going to kick myself.
