Getting error to select face after placing holes w

So, I am having issues with the Hole Wizard and placing holes in my part. Here is my work flow.

Created sketch

Extruded to proper dimension, .500"

Click Hole Wizard

Select hole parameters

Click positions tab

Click on face

Align hole with mid points of the two sides, click to place hole

Click green arrow

From here a message pops up that I need to "Select a face to complete the specification."

I have tried both directly clicking the face, and clicking the 3d button. I get the same error both times. Ideas on what I am doing wrong? I have done it correct, but not sure where I am getting mixed up. I did have it correct at one point. If it makes a difference the face I am trying to put the hole on is the extruded face.
