hello everybody,

I have a 3d sketch in a sldasm file as in the attached picture. I intend to insert new parts (top down ass'y context if you agree).

In other words later if I have to change some dimensions, my 3d sketch take the controll. The problem is when I have tried to insert

a new part, wich is a side panel for me. I will try to make a stand cofee cabinet, so first,  I started with one of two side panel having it

own sketch on the top plane. Unfortunately, I can't  join or attach any constraint to the 3d sketch master and I don't know why?.

Where am I wrong ? My sldasm file has weldments as you have seen in the tree features. I'm working in 2009 SP0. Have I make

a set up concerning the references, if this is the case ? If so, what have I to do to keep controll on this ?

Dan

Thank everybody and see you coming back.
