SW 2016 question.
I want to link common dimensions in a sketch. SW help says to right click the dimension & the option is there. Well, it is not.
How do I add it to my dimension options?
It's hard to believe that it's not there.. Perhaps if you use the double arrows at the bottom to show more?? It should be in the dimension section.
I got it, in customization literally everything was checked :-( I unchecked a bunch & now the link value showed up as an option.
How do you insert a view in the message like that? When I use "snip tool" the pop-ups like that disappear.
You need to assign a keyboard shortcut to whatever program you're using for screen capture. Usually it's the Print Screen button.
Activate the snip tool then hit escape. Then do your right click on dim or whatever. When the menu shows do a Ctrl/Print Screen. Then the snip tool will activate so you can window your selection.
Love it!! Thanks!
Or download Greenshot. That is what I did. I like it WAY better then snip tool
