Is this another one of the large list of SW glitches or am I missing something simple.  (All detail circles views are in the correct view area so no confusion with incorrect views).

I know I can re-do the views, retain the sketch circle to overcome the situation, however that is not the point.  This constantly happens, seems like SW is throwing another hissy (failure to regenerate/update) fit as seems to be the norm for 2017
