I have a problem in with Task Scheduler . When I convert solidwork drawing file to DWG file using solidwork task scheduler. Converted DWG file is not in closed Contour. Can you please solve this problem?
Rupesh, what exactly you meant by closed contour? Can you add some files or pictures to elaborate the issue? Also do you experience same issue when doing directly from SOLIDWORKS using Save As options?
Here is the image. While converting single file i use these settings but while converting multiple files thr task scheduler i face above problem.
sorry there is also tick on high quality DWG export
Hi Rupesh, does it give you closed contours when you manually save as DXF? Have you set your system option>Export DXF/DWG to merge end points? You'll need to set an adequate end point merging tolerance for your drawings also.
If you read the help on end point merging,
2018 SOLIDWORKS Help - DXF/DWG File Export Options
it seems to state:
which to me says it closes the gap, but says nothing about merging the end points.
Further to that, read this
How to export dxf w/ closed loop vectors?
I've used pdfs to create vector images a lot in the past, but they too come as many line segments and require manual merging.
Short answer : You're unlikely to get a merged set of lines exporting your drawings. But I'd be happy to learn something new on this matter.
i have set up the same settings for converting particular drawing but while converting multiple drawings thr task scheduler creates this problem
