Maha,, Your path for this is a spiral.. I'm pretty sure you want to use a helix and continue with the same pitch as your thread.. Am I correct?
Also your part is in mm and the thread is 5/8-18.. (UNF?) I made your spiral a helix and made the pitch .05555 (1/18).. The pitch from thread to thread (added) remains the same.
I added a split line to measure.
As you can see this is a sharp end of the thread surface. I want to make it gradually vanished into the tube surface. That was why I selected spiral and made it gradually end up in the tube surface. But sweep took unspecified path.

Before I used Height and Revolution it came nicely. Also I tried with Spiral it didn’t work. I do not know the functional difference of these two selection in the real world.
