I had the same message, I do not know what causes it. I found the simulation would run if using draft quality mesh but not the high quality mesh. To get it to run try deleting all of you simulation files that were created in your results folder and then slightly change your mesh size before running the simulation. If that doesn't fix the problem, run the simulation using the 'large problem direct sparse' solver. Good luck!

I will run it again with your advice later.
the error message box doesn't occur again but it is frozen at 1.0% while taking cpu running fast.
it results comes out after one rubber material changed, but not check the result is good or not.
So you got it to solve without errors?
It was solved without errors message box popup.
This problem might be too complicated for the large problem direct sparse as the contact constraints as well as a large mesh will increase your Sim time considerably.

material setting is not right for the nonlinear analysis this time.
Thanks! Not right in what way? I am using a Mooney Rivlin model (hyperelastic) and I feel like the matrial constants make sense.
