I was using 2017 2.0 as i have been for a while

a couple weeks ago my delete shortcut on 3D mouse stopped working ( i use the "shift" key on a Space Explorer as a delete)

This morning the Delete key on my keyboard wouldn't work in drawings - works fine in a part file

I updated to 2017 4.1 and the problem persists

Any help?
