whether I install from the DVD, or install over the web, or copy the DVD to a share and then install (always using the solidworks installation manager) eDrawings 2009 will NOT install, always giving a 1606 error.

I looked this error up in the knowledge base, followed the suggested fix, rebooted, etc. but STILL get 1606 error.

edrawings has always been a nightmare to install and uninstall...why?

please comment if you've experienced this 1606 edrawings install error...
