Best video card for upgrade on Dell Precision 370

I am looking to upgrade the video card in my Dell Precision 370. I have never done this and need to know if I can just go out and but a high end video card or do I need to look at certain aspects of the card fitting into the mother board?

Also does anyone have req. on what type of video card to look at?
